The mission of Mind Your Head is to promote understanding of mental health, to ensure that students have access to information about finding support, and to combat the stigma that surrounds mental health difficulties.

Keep Calm: Yoga in the evening

Join us for a free yoga session supervised and taught by Emily Taylor

Thursday 11th May, 6-7pm 

This is open to all students at the University of York, any level of experience including those who have never tried yoga before.

There will be a few yoga mats available, but you’re advised to bring your own or a towel if you don’t have one. Come along and take an hour to breathe, reset, and stretch – no obligations as you are free to leave at any time should you be tired or have other things to tend to!
