Mark Willis from York Mind is kindly coming to the University of York on Thursday 4th May(4-5pm) to discuss effective techniques aimed at:
- Managing and avoiding panic and worry
- Improving your self-confidence
- Helping you to relax, recharge and stay healthy
This is an excellent opportunity for students to make final steps and preparations for handling stress during exams.
It’s completely free and open to all students. There will be refreshments for those that attend.
Tickets aren’t required so feel free to just turn up on the day.
The talk will be held in AEW/003: Alcuin East Wing, Ground Floor. This is the building next to the Alcuin Teaching Block (Seebohm Rowntree Building) reception.
