Join us for a free yoga session supervised and taught by Emily Taylor
Thursday 27th April, 6-7pm
This is open to all students at the University of York, any level of experience including those who have never tried yoga before.
There will be a few yoga mats available, but you’re advised to bring your own or a towel if you don’t have one. Come along and take an hour to breathe, reset, and stretch – no obligations as you are free to leave at any time should you be tired or have other things to tend to!
